They don’t work too well for me. I need something more. Some good ideas. My mother-in-law is crazy and I just can’t deal with it anymore. But I can’t do anything about it so I get even more angry and it just builds and builds. It has no where to go. How can I release my anger in an easy, socially excepted way?

I am 17 years old and seem to have anger management issues. I am not a very emotional person, but when I get angry I blow up. However, this only seems to happen around my family. I play sports and am a strait A student and normally get along with everyone. Would I benefit from anger managment classes? What are some other strategies for controlling my anger?
it’s normally my younger siblings that set me off. they think it’s incredibly funny to intentionally annoy me and watch me get worked up. i have tried talking to my parents but they just say to igore it.

I have terrible anger management. When I get mad I usually kick or throw something and I get mad so easily. I hate not feeling in control when I’m anger, and that just makes me more mad. I was just wondering if anyone knew of ways to help manage anger. Any tips?

Lately I have been so angry at the world. I get angry over every little thing that goes wrong. I am very stressed out because we are about to move to another state, and we are currently looking for jobs. I am just scared that I won’t be able to get a job. All this stress is causing me to become angry with everyone around me, and I don’t know how to deal with it. Please help.
