I’ve been overly stressed lately and I feel like I’m losing it. I need to calm down. Any tips?

Okay first some background. I’m 19, the oldest child in my family and the only boy. I have 2 sisters. 1 is 14 and she is really sweet. she is nice and admits when she is wrong, although she far from perfect. My other sister is 18 and she is infuriating. When we were kids I would hit her when she acted like that. I would get in trouble (grounded for a few days) but it still felt like justice because she would stop bitching for a few seconds. Now I live with her and I no longer hit her, although she still fears it. when ever she talks, it’s to bitch. She can’t do ANYTHING else. also, she is daddy’s little girl, so that doesn’t help. I just need some advice on what to do when she infuriates me, nobody else can make me as angry so I know it’s her not me. We had this problem for ever. Leaving doesn’t work because she follows me and her bitching hunts me and I get frustrated. What should I do?
BTW I don’t like hitting her when I do it’s after I explain why I’m mad and after I try other anger management techniques (ie. breathing, hitting something else, going outside, trying to leave) She is possibly the most irrational dumbest most annoying person on this planet.

looking for a book recommendation on learning how to control emotions like anger, fear and frustration. My job requires me to have a very cool head when the s%$& hits the fan. So if you can point me to a book, website or even a breathing technique, I’d appreciate it. Thanks.
